When choosing the free Hobby plan you’ll have access to our Help Center, where you’ll be able to find answers to the most common questions and issues our merchants experienced through time. You’ll find a lot of articles that will guide you in resolving the problem with your own hand, step by step.

Even so, if you have a particularly detailed question you’ll also be able to contact our support team, just writing an email to [email protected]

Please, when sending an email with a request always try to be as much specific as possible, and provide all the information needed to investigate your case (eg. order id or uDroppy email etc..)

If instead you choose the Hustler plan, besides having access to the Help Center and to the email support, you’ll also be able to contact our support team via chat.

You can find the chat button both inside the platform and in the Help Center itself. With this feature your conversation will be assigned to one of our agent, that will help you solve your issue in real time.

Finally, if you subscribe to a Pro plan you’ll be assigned to one of our dedicated Merchant Success Managers, receiving personal and tailored support every step of your journey.
