If you paid for one of our subscription plans but you still see the name of your previous one when accessing the platform, the first thing you need to do is to log out and then log in again in the platform.
A quick refresh may be the solution to all of your problems.
If nothing changes, it could be that a tiny mistake occurred.
First of all, in case you paid with a different email address from the uDroppy one, check your inbox, you could find an email from uDroppy, asking you to follow a procedure to match the two addresses into the same account.
If this is not the case, write an email to [email protected], with all the details of your account.
