When a product you previously pushed to your store goes out of stock we send you a notification to your subscription email address.

In this notification we invite you to exclude the product from your store’s current offer and, in case you have ongoing orders related to it, we also offer to refund them.

At this point you can reach out to our support or to your Merchant Success Manager for further info about the situation with the product and to know when it will be available again, also through a different partner supplier.
