To ask for a refund please be sure to be in one of the cases indicated by our refund policy and then contact your Merchant Success Manager, or the support team, to ask how to proceed.

We will process your request and give your communication via email with the outcome of the request.

Any reimbursements will be made by crediting the credit card/PayPal from which you made the first payment.
