If you have two account but want to manage all your stores and sales from just one of them you can simply unsubscribe from the one you don’t plan to use anymore, and choose a subscription plan for the one you’ll keep, that will be able to satisfy all your needs in terms of number of stores, product requests and so on.

After that, you can add the stores that used to be connected on the old account in the selected one, and manage everything from one single account.

If instead you have a specific reason to merge them you can contact your Merchant Success Manager, or the support team if you are a Traction user, and they’ll open a ticket for you. Our tech team will take care of the situation from there.
