Consult your uDroppy Supplier’s policies to find out how many days from fulfillment you’re entitled to ask for a refund being the item undelivered because still in transit or lost.

Also remember that there is a difference between “failed delivery” and “failed delivery attempt”, this means that you’re eligible for a refund if the package is lost or still in transit, you’re not eligible for a refund if the courier tried to deliver the parcel but the failure of delivery occurred for causes independent from uDroppy or the delivery company (i.e. misspelt or incomplete address, wrong phone number, customer not home).

We also offer to resend the product if you find this solution more suitable for you and your customer.
